Need High Cal Healthy Food

:laugh: I never thought I'd say this but I am struggling to get my calories on the meal plan I am doing..as a nursing mom I need about 1800-1900 to lose 1 lb a week plus make sure I have what I need to nursing. Ideas for high calorie but healthy food?!?! :happy:

    Peanut butter, oil added when cooking (Olive oils), protein shakes, nuts... tons of stuff out there!

    Any cold pressed oils: olive, almond, coconut, etc. Avocado is one I swear by plus it is yummy. Nuts and seeds, very calorie dense if you eat enough of them. Hope this helps. :-)
