protein, carbs and fat???

im 163lbs and workout 5 times a week either running or boxing with my punch bag or both i sometimes do crosstraining to if its way to wet to run.
my question is this................................
what combo of percentages would u say i should eat daily as im getting all confused lately

fat - 20%
carbs - 35%
protein - 45%
It also depends on your body...you can. If you are feeling weak, increase your carbs. It's tough be within the macros everday but try not to go over 30 on fat. The fat may increase based on your consumption of almonds or olive oil, etc, but those are good fat.0 -
Fat 20-30%
Protein 25%-45%
Carbs 30%-50%
I'd find a comfortable ratio somewhere in there.0 -
