Hello! I am new on here, I though it would be a good way of pushing my to lose the final 15lb to reach my dream weight!
I started my journey a year ago and have already lost over 40lb so I have plenty of motivation to give! Although I constantly need it myself!
I have a half marathon on September 16th, this will be my second and I am trying to fit in training, uni work, placements (I am a student nurse) and toning up, usually from doing one of Jillian Michales workouts! Anyone else work long hours but still manages to find the time?
I'd love to hear from you all

Welcome! My husband & I have a long commute and with no notice could have to stay late on any given day, so I totally feel the time crunch. We try to work out 3-4 times a week. It works well for us that we are doing this together because on days I don't want to go he pushes me and vice versa. Being on MFP helps a ton too, it keeps me honest with what I'm eating. Feel free to add me if you would like and good luck with your final weight goal!0

Awesome job so far! Sounds like you are doing great! When I don't have the time to actually work out I just try to move a little more through my daily activites - parking a few spaces farther away in the parking lot than I otherwise would, taking the stairs instead of the elevator, using the hand basket in the grocery store so that I have to carry it instead of leaning on the big one. Keep up the good work!0

I will be balancing 40+ work, plus teaching one course, on top of taking a course for a degree. I currently find time to work out in the mornings so I can relax at night. My goal is 40 pounds, I would love to hear how you did it. Feel free to add to help give you support.
