Anyone know of any recipes or suggestions?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

For starters, I'll say no, I haven't made any PP oats, but it sounded like a great idea - here's a brainstorm.
I'm an overnight/refrigerator oats kind of guy, and I'm thinking O.O.s might be easier to get a consistency that would compare favorably with PP.
Maybe, in a mason jar:
1/2 cup milk/ almond milk
1 T unsweetened cocoa
Up to 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 cup old fashioned, uncooked oats
1/4 cup plain greek yogurt (or vanilla, perhaps)
1 T chia seeds and/or 1 T ground flaxmeal (for consistency and texture)
smashed pecans
2 tsp molasses
a pinch of salt, to taste
depending on your calorie needs, you could add 1 - 1.5 T of melted butter
stir, mixing thoroughly, chill overnight, eat cold.
Again, just winging it here - good luck.0 -
