    wow! you look AMAZING!!! Thank you so much for posting this - I need to lose about 30 lbs and sometimes I wonder how much of a difference it will really make. Now I see it is a very big difference. You look fantastic!!!


    If you don't mind me asking: what was your beginning/current weight and how tall are you? Any secrets you care to divulge??? :)

    I started at 171 and I'm at 140 now. I'm 5'7".

    Strength training has made all the difference. My diet is certainly a huge factor, but I don't think I would be nearly as fit as I am at this point without the strength training. I work out with a trainer twice a week and do cardio 4-5 days/week. I've been using MFP and Weight Watchers to track my food, but have also been trying to eat as cleanly as possible. It took me 4 months to lose the weight. I average about 1.5lbs/week.
