Question about logging water

I know this might be a little nitpicky, but here goes...

Some days I will mix a recovery drink using a powder and water. I definitely log the calories and other elements in my food diary. But should I log the water too? So if it's 2 scoops of powder in 20 ounces of water, would I track that 20 ounces as daily water intake?

There's a separate thing at the bottom of the food diary for water. Says we're supposed to drink 8 glasses a day. Suggest listing the water there.

Definitely, with the glass at the bottom of your diary that would be the equivalent of 2.5 8oz/250ml glasses...

Yeah, I have been tracking my normal water intake in the glass at the bottom. Just wasn't sure if I should count the water used in a recovery drink made with powder. If feels a little like counting the water in a gatorade, or a decaf coffee, which doesn't make sense.
