Quick qeustion, I need your help MFP's!

Okay so tomorrow I am going on a feild trip with my little brother in law( that sounds so funny, hehe he is 10) We live in New York so we are going to Ellis Island and to see the Statue of Liberty which should be really fun becuase though I've lived here for 3 years I've yet to see it! Plus, he wanted me to go with him so badly and so I volunteered then we found out the teachers have to vote us in and he didn't think they would vote me ( since I'd never volunteered before ) but they did!!
Our paper says to bring a morning snack and an afternoon snack to eat. Now, I have morning covered becuase I will just eat here before we go, but I do not know what to take for lunch healthy wise and something that dosent have to be heated or kept cold?
Can anyone help me with any ideas of what to take for a quick lunch?? That wont put a damper on my weightloss. Thanks everyone, I know you will have great ideas!

a nice wrap or sandwich on wholewheat

What about a sandwich loaded with veggies? Try cucumbers, onions, green peppers, tomatoes, sprouts, carrots, mushrooms, go crazy! I like to use low fat cream cheese as my condiment and put it on whole wheat bread or in a pita. Then pack an apple with maybe a little peanut butter to dip it in. I need to stop - I'm making myself hungry!!! Have a great trip :happy:0

1/2 a Turkey Sandwich maybe no Mayo....

Luna Bar
Things like this are far better choices ...it's not always what you eat to loose weight it's portion & healthy choices to reduce your calorie intake.
Say NO to Brownies, Cookies, Chips, French Fries ETC KK?
