Introducing myself...

Hi everyone!
I'm Kelly, and I'm 24. I work part time in Sainsburys, and study Law at University in London, UK.
I have recently been diagnosed with severe anxiety, and moderately severe depression.
I currently weight around 189lbs, which is around 13 and a half stone.
My goal is to weigh 140lbs / 10 stone and to lose a bit of the fat on my stomach, and around my thighs.
Today I joined my local gym, on a swimming only membership, and went swimming for 45 minutes tonight. Not much, but it's a start. I chose swimming because I've always enjoyed it, plus it has been proven that it reduces depression in women.
I have been on this site for a couple of days now, and am finding it super motivating that I can see my calorie intake from each food I am eating. As if I feel my intake getting too high, I can do some exercise to bring it down again. It's also great to see how many calories my exercise is burning off. Even doing a small 5 minute walk burns off a coupe of calories, which I'm super chuffed with.
I am aiming to go swimming once or twice per week, for a total of 2 - 3 hours per week. As well as doing sit ups for my stomach, and leg exercises for my legs.
I have tried step ups on my stairs, and running up and down my stairs, but I live in a flat, and think the guy downstairs may get annoyed with the noise of elephants running around hehe!
Anyways, thanks for reading. Feels good to introduce myself and set my goals down in a permanent form
I'm going to be writing a diary on this message board somewhere. I will post the link HERE when I have started it.
