where do you copy and past the ticker's to

hello my name is Viviana and Im new to my fitness pal, it seems pretty cool, does any one know how to get those ticker things and where do you copy and past it to? I think they are pretty cute.

    you can also, go to tickerfactory.com they have all kinds and you can post them anywhere.

    Under settings, go to change forum signature and paste the URL for your ticker in there.
