I am going to the gym. I haven't been to a gym regularly in at least 4-5, maybe 6 months. I'm kind of nervous. I hope there aren't a lot of people in there. (This is a medium sized room here at work that has 2-3 ellipitcals, 3-4 treadmills, yoga balls, a set of free weights and a giant weight lifting machine.) I plan to use the ellipitcal....my fave. I have bad knees so the treadmill isn't good for me. Although maybe if I get some of this weight off my knee problems will subside and I will be able to run.

I would love to run. I haven't ran since elementary school. I won the 100 yard dash in 1st grade on Field Day and I was even wearing a DRESS (mom didn't realize it was field day). I seriously could not walk when I got home cause I pulled all the muscles in my thighs and had to literally crawl to bed. But still. I won the 100 yard dash that year.....

ok....if thats not rambling I don't know what is lolol

You go girl - you can do it - be proud of yourself for going! Maybe you'll work up to running again - if not just move it!

Good for you! There isn't a gym near me so I have to rely on doing workouts at home!
