Are these numbers good or bad? (Body fat + Vo2 max)

I recently bought a gym membership to 24 hour Fitness, I've been going for about an hour each day, I generally use the elliptical for 25 minutes, then the stationary bike (both for fat burn).

Today when I went I hopped on a stationary bike in the Cardio room and found it has a fitness test (yay!),
it said it was a Vo2 Max fitness test, and I scored a 84%.

Afterwards, I did the elliptical, the treadmill then went and had my body fat % checked, it was 23%.

SOOO my question is, are these numbers good or bad?

I am not sure on the VO2 Max, but 23% is pretty good for a female and in the avg range for a male. I am sure you can google VO2 and find out the ranges, on the body fat number generally you would prefer to do it before you work out and an hour or two before you ate. The more hydrated you are the lower your number will be if it was based on static testing.

    the numbers are fine

you should be lifting weights (heavy weights) to reduce your body fat, not cardio.

if that's you in the photo then good lord you're already at the right weight, now just start eating a maintenance and start lifting weights in order to change your body composition
