Ok, I have a question.
Obviously, I realise it cannot be compared to fruit etc (I'm aware of that, don't worry), but as a substitute for sweets etc, to satisfy cravings, how much damage do these things actually do??
I often get things such as yoghurt coated raisins, dried mango, dried banana from Sweet Snacks/Neals Yard....But they just taste too sweet to be good.
Are they just as bad as sweets, or a slightly better alternative?
I'm curious!
