actually neither. you cant spot reduce, so fat loss in general will be more a factor of what you eat and how much you eat rather than how you exercise.
i mainly do strength training with free weights doing compounds lifts. i dont even do core work but it wouldnt matter anyway because you cant spot reduce fat. your body will use burn fat based on your genetics and body type.
oh and for me it's not really that stubborn. my stubborn area is breast and thighs but even those are reducing thanks to me eating a calorie deficit. the general rule of thumb is first place you notice weight gain is the last place you lose.0 -

no good. first place is the tummy. Thank you for the advice tho!! and I have definetly changed my calorie intake the past couple weeks. its amazing what you are eating when you start writing it down!!
