I tried to cook this in my new microwave omelet cooker thingy. NOT GOOD. Ended up scaping it into a bowl and scrambling it. Will try again when I have more time.0 -
This morning I had 3/4 cup of Special K Cinnamon Pecan Cereal with 1/2 cup skim milk and 1 cup quartered fresh strawberries and 1/4 cup fresh blueberries on top. VERY YUMMY!!!! I also had a glass of diet cranberry-grape juice and my usual 2 cups of coffee with sugar-free creamer.
Around 10 I had my midmorning snack: 1 banana and a Fiber One Oats and Caramel granola bar.
This Cinnamon Pecan Special K is new and is SOOOOOOO good! I recommend it to everyone!!!!

I had a cup of hot tea at the Dr.'s office
Came home and had an egg sandwich:

1/2 slice of swiss cheese
Thomas English Muffin-light, multi-grain0 -
40g porridge (oatmeal) with a handful of blueberries stirred into it and with 1tsp brown sugar
