eating all my calories

The weight has crept on little by little over the last six months so I'm just trying to figure it out and remain healthy and strong.

Due to my workout today, I'm supposed to aim for 1800 calories today. I've barely covered 1200. It's after 8 pm and I am just not hungry. In these last two days, I've discovered that I just don't eat enough. WTH??

I suppose I could scramble together a buffet of milk or watermelon or something. Ate all my fresh veggies already and it's only Wednesday.
