Weight (UGH!!!)

Okay i know that this isnt the preferred way of keeping track of your weight loss, but i go on the scale and my weight always goes up and down. Like i would weigh 125lb and then an hour later i would weigh 127lb. What's the deal???

    Don't weigh yourself that often, it will make you crazy. I weigh first thing in the am, after a slash, buck naked. Plus, I only acknowledge and record weight LOSS. This has worked for me for over a year....
  • I always weigh myself in the mornings first thing when i get up. That way it is more consistant!
  • Your body's weight will fluctate depending on how much water you consume. Your scale doesn't sound that balanced if it's adding one to two pounds an hour. If someone weighed two pounds heavier in one day, it's cause for concern (means your kidneys aren't functioning properly). I would imagine you just have a ****ty scale or its out of balance.
