Logging Exercise Minutes

I recently started taking kickboxing classes (which are kicking my butt!) and I am thrilled that when I log them, the calories burned is so high. My question is, if I take a 60 minute class....do I log all 60 minutes as kickboxing? Or should I do 40 minutes because there is a 10 minute warmup/cool down.
I'm interested to hear how others track. I just want to make sure I am not 'over tracking' if you will.
Thanks!
