one of my good friends is getting married this weekend, and i'm SO happy for the her and him but i'm also worried about my diet for the next few days!
tomorrow night is the bachelorette, friday rehearsal dinner, and saturday the wedding itself!
idk how i'm gonna even remotely stay on track, food-wise, as well as having almost no time to work out.

Biggest problem would have to be alcohol at those sorts of events/gatherings. Keep water with you because at least it will keep you from drinking calories. At the wedding I'm sure you can burn lots of calories dancing
but otherwise I would just say make smart choices for food. If you go over, oh well. Eat until you are hungry no more than that.
You can do thisand enjoy the weekend! It should be a time to celebrate!

The rest of your life is going to be filled with these type of social events. You are going to have to come up with some strategies for yourself. Really, you only need so much food. Once you realize that, you learn to stop when you've reached your daily quota.0
