Stretch marks fade on their own timeline, unfortunately. If you maintain your current weight or lose inches around that area, they will eventually turn white. Just give it some time.0

After having two kiddies ive found that the less weight I carry the whiter/silvery they are, and the more weight I carry the more noticeable they are, rubbing oil like coconut oil or almond oil into them helps heaps too :happy:0

It all depends on your skin type. I'm insanely "fair" as they say, with dark, dark hair and I don't freckle or tan easily, I just peel. when I was 12 I went from roughly 4"2' to 5"8' over the course of a year and I have hundreds of angry red stretch marks on my hips and upper thighs. Ten years and a better rounded body hasn't changed that for better or worse. The best I can do is shrink my thighs as far as possible and wear fake tan all year round.
Of course, if anyone has some miracle cure apart from body butters and creams (really, really don't work for mine) I'd love to hear them0 -
If BioOil hasnt worked for you, I am aware that Laser treatment can be used to remove red and to lessen stretch marks, however I do not have any personal experience in this particular issue, so I speak only from what I have read and heard. I am sorry I cannot be of further help to you on this, best wishes.0

I have noticed a real difference since i lost weight. I had my daughter 14 months ago and i had them quite bad on my hips, belly and the top of my thighs. The ones on my hips are going a white silvery colour, and the ones on my stomach are going white ish (taken ages though) The ones on my inner thighs arent going unfortunately, but i still have abit to go with my weight loss (but it doesnt help with my legs rubbing together at the top where stretch marks are!!) They might go if i can stop them rubbing together. I dont use creams that much, just abit of baby oil. Seems to do the trick :-)0

It's been like two years after my second kiddo. I will say that loosing body fat majorly helped them fade! I also swear by Palmers cocoa butter lotion but I know that a lot of people think that's untrue. Loosing weight around the middle helped the most. They're still there but not so Freddy Kreuger attack-ish.0
