"Yogurt Diet"

I have a friend that has told me that she is only eating yogurt. She eats yogurt 3 times a day and snacks too. I am trying to tell her that it is not healthy for her, and she needs to find something that she can live with the rest of her life. I also tell her that she is starving her body, and if she starts to eat again she will probably gain it back.

I am talking to her now, and she says that she is eating salad for one meal now, but has gained 3 lbs since then. *head desk* It almost feels hopeless to try to argue health over weight loss.

Can you guys help give me any advice for her? Point me in direction of websites and such. I know I may not be able to change her mind, but it doesnt hurt to try.

lol Honestly I dont know how she does it. I like yogurt, but the thought of eating it constantly sickens me.

Maybe its cause I dont like sweets as much as I like salt? I dont know.

Anyway, I would appreciate any help I can get. And perhaps a discussion on this very silly "diet."

I had a co-worker that would try all these ridiculous diets. They never actually lasted very long. I suspect your friend will drop this yogurt diet before too much damage is done. Usually they'll never believe anything you tell them anyway - so the best thing to do is wait it out and be a good example with your own actions.
