How'd you do it? What did you do to loose so quickly?0

Strict diet and exercise. I would only eat the 1200 cal a day and workout anywhere from 30-90min of cardio a day. I have recently took about 2-3weeks off but did maintain my current weight. I have kicked back into and started insanity this week.0
