Should be happy...

For the first time today I found a picture at my heaviest weight (and you still can't really see all of me) But, I started to cry and it really affected my being today. Why am I sad, I should be happy, right? Maybe it just reminded me of a really hard time in life that I tried to forget!
Anyway, if this has happened to you, I hope you know you aren't alone because I, at the very least, know I am not a lone. I just needed to say this out loud!
Thank you!

Makes sense - especially if it was hard times that brought you to that place. It's okay to be sad, but at the same time you can be happy for where you are now.0
