Starting a New Journey......

Well, I can't tell you how many times that I have started this weight loss journey. I have renewed enthusiasm to finish ....this time.Out of desperation, I just had an appointment with a Dr to schedule lap band surgery but my insurance company will not pay for the procedure.

I spoke with my endocrinologist and she said that it would be better if I got bariactric surgery because it has a proven record of ending diabetes. I am not willing to go through the risk of this surgery...although, believe it or not, the insurance will pay for the bariactric surgery!!

So, I am committed to getting on the diet bus again but this time....I must be committed to finishing the journey. I invite friends to join me so that we can support each other.

    I prefer to do it the natural way myself, lol. Even with the surgery you can gain it back if you aren't careful.
    Been there, many times, this time I'm hoping to have the stick with it to lose the weight AND keep it off. Log in each day and log your food. Lots of people here to support you. For inspiration read the Success Stories, they show me it can be done.
