New and need some guidance-

Hi! I have been doing MFP for about a month....have only seen a 1 lb loss...I have done WW in the past and have always seen a bigger loss in the first few weeks which has kept me motivated. I have really been honest about my journal for the most part.
I had it set for 1.5 lbs a week and switched to 1 lb., however I find that I don't always eat all my calories as I am not hungry.
Please help! All suggestions/advice needed and wanted!

I am working out 3-4 days a week with a least 30 mins of cardio and circuit.

  • Add me if you want and I will take a look at your food diary to see if I can help. I am no expert but can easily drop 4 to 6 lb in a week. I have been training and following eating guidelines for about 3 years now so I may be able to help and be also be fully honest on your journal not just for the most part :D
