So .. im new and thought i'd introduce myself!
So after a recent Drs trip i went in thinking i had a little bit of extra fat that was to coming out a little shocked to find out im slightly overweight =/
I wanna get myself sorted before it becomes to much of a problem... I keep forgetting to fill out my food diary which isnt a good start so im reall gonna get on that.
I go to the gym 2/3 times a week (spinning once a week and workouts the rest)
Ive been told to eat as i usually would for the first 2 weeks so that i can see where im going wrong as the Dr said its most likely to be a food issue as to why im not loosing weight.
