55 Cal Mini Cini Buns!!
:happy: This was an experiment based on my craving for cinnamon buns and an old recipe I remember from when I didn't care what I ate...
...............................................................................................................
55 Cal Mini Cini Buns
Ingredients:
-1 tube Pillsbury crescent rolls
-2 tbsp light margarine
-2 tsp cinnamon
-2 tsp Splenda
================================================
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 375 F
2. Mix together the margarine, cinnamon and Splenda until smooth
3. Open the dough and separate into 4 rectangles, making sure the crescent perforations are sealed shut (just press along them with your thumb on both sides)
4. Spread the cinnamon mixture evenly over the 4 rectangles
5. Roll each rectangle lengthwise and, with a serrated knife, slice into 4 rolls
6. Place rolls on baking sheet and bake for 12 min, or until golden brown.
Nutrition Info:
(1 roll) 55 cal; 6g carb; 0g fibre; 4g fat; 118g sodium; 1g protein
You could also top them with some kind of light frosting if you have a recipe. I'm pairing mine with a hot cup of apple cider! :drinker: Enjoy!!
