Foot cramps anyone?

I've been getting foot (mostly toe) cramps. They are killers. I'll jump up when they hit (could be at anytime day or night). I don't wear tight shoes or high heels (at least not often...maybe once a month). I googled it (naturally) and it pointed to calcium, magnesium and/or potassium issues but those levels look ok. Any one know if you need more of any of these nutrients when you are trying to lose weight and are exercising? I do see my doctor later this month but it's becoming more frequent. Anyone else have this problem?
