What are the best ways to start your day off right? Want to start my day right off the right way and not blow it right away!

I usually start my day with a Protein shake and/or a bagel0

Exercise and pre-planned meals/snacks. A good morning workout keeps me concious of what I'm putting in my mouth because I don't want to have worked out for nothing. Also, I pack healthy snacks to take to work which keeps me from venturing to the vending machine.0

Put your arms around your husband/wife/significant other, hold that person close and give them a nice long kiss and tell them you love them........then continue on to protein, oatmeal, exercise, etc.0

I use to start my day with a small fry up and a mug of coffee. Now I've switched to light healthy clear soup because I like a warm breakfast. It fills me up and makes me feel healthier too. I still have my coffee but not till lunch time :P0
