Shakeology? I am looking into the Insanity workouts and Shakeology but cannot believe the price. Does anyone know of a similar product that is comparable to Shakeology?

    Are you just looking for the protein? Because you can eat real food instead to meet your protein goals. We need more info- why do you think you need Shakeology?

    I guess I'm looking at it because I'm a full time college student with 2 kids...mornings are crazy once school starts and I find myself leaving the house without eating breakfast which I know is not good. I thought that adding one of these type of meal replacement shakes would be a good idea to make sure I am getting some nutrition in the morning so that I am not dragging or overeating later in the day.
