Back at it!

Hey all. I recently started back up with the whole diet and exercise thing. I lost 20 lbs about a year and a half ago and have gained most of it back due to poor diet choices and lack of exercise. I am a Surveillance Agent at a Casino so I sit most of the night. I have lost 7.5 lbs in two weeks and I am determined to lose roughly 70 more. It's going to be a long road but I am determined to get it off and keep it off this time! Just thought I would share.
