Thinking about re-adjusting goals

Hi all,

Looking for some advice and seeing as I'll have to introduce myself to do so, this seems like the best board to post on.

I know 'skinny-fat' has many definitions, but I'm fairly sure I fall into one - I'm 5"2, currently weighing around 99-100lbs. With clothes on, most people say I look skinny, and don't need to lose any weight. However, once you get to my upper arms, thighs, and midriff, I have flab. I'm sure it's not a lot by other people's standards, but I know my body could look better! (darn my perfectionism...)

I'm currently eating around 1300 cals a day (my BMR) though I've just today put it up to 1450 - seeing as I need more muscle tone, I don't want to be losing muscle mass by accident, so I figured steadily upping my calories might be a better idea. For reference my TDEE tends to be between the 1780-1950 range.

I'm currently going for 15-20 minute runs around 4 times per week - I'm about to start adding hill training, fartleks and generally trying to go faster and further.
I also grabbed a big thick running magazine that had a variety of workouts in and cobbled together one that I plan on doing around 3 times a week. It includes weight lifting for my arms (though I need to find some heavier weights, I think) as well as strengthening excersizes such as lunges, squats, bridges, etc.

If anyone has any tips I'd really appreciate it - I'll open up my diary so you can take a look at what I eat (though ignore the last three or four days, as I've been away at a friend's house so haven't been able to really control what I've eaten, as well as having many many treats dangled in front of me!)
