30 day shred

I just started the 30ds program and of course am counting calories (really difficult to change my bad eating habits), but should I also be doing an additional workout?

    I also just started the 30 day shred, I am three days in. I am not going to do to much other than that, maybe a bike ride here and there or a walk. It depends on what type of results you are looking for

    I'm trying to lose 20lbs of baby weight (she's 2 now, so it's long overdue!). I don't feel as sore as I expected but I have been doing mostly the modified technique. I may try and do more of the advanced or regular technique tomorrow. It kicks my butt regardless though!

    HA! Me to only i want to lose the last 20lbs of baby weight and then some... My lil Miss will be 3 next month so it's definitely long overdue. I love this workout... and I have seen great results so makes me want to stick with it. Level 2 has definitely worked me out good so much so I have about 2 lbs of water weight hanging on to me right now! Sometimes at the end of the day I am not so into working out but then I get home and get Lil miss settled in and change clothes adn start the workout and before you know it... it's over and you are laying in the floor wondering what just happened? lol Today is day 16 for me... so my 6th day of level two... tomorrow is a rest day since I have to travel after I get off work!..

    I'm also doing the 100 workout...something I picked up off the internet..
    100 Jumping Jacks
    90 Crunches
    80 Squats
    70 Leg Lifts
    60 Jumping Jacks
    50 Crunches
    40 Squats
    30 Leg Lifts
    20 Jumping Jacks
    Run for 10 Minutes

    How often should I be weighing myself? I started calorie counting about 5 or 6 days ago and am really anxious to see if anything is happening.... I know it may not be much but any tiny movement on the scale is big motivation. :)

    How long does the 100 workout take? I could maybe do that in the evening after I get my two little ones settled.
