The wii!

I've been using the wii as a fun way of burning calories using wii fit, wii my fitness coach, wii sports (and for those who enjoy ragging on the wii, calm down, it's working for me) and I was wondering if people have tried the Mario & Sonic Olympics game? I remember playing it with friends and I kicked up a sweat playing it that I couldn't believe would come from playing a game.

I was wondering about whether or not this burns a good amount of calories. I suppose it's hard to tell and it's a hard question to put into words so bare with me.

Basically, I think this is a good and fun way to burn off calories every day. Am I right in thinking this? Or does this not burn off as many calories as it appears?
