New to the community boards

Morning,

I'm a 25 year old male weighing around 225lbs, located out of South Texas. I've enjoyed the myfitnesspal app for quite some time but I'm hoping community involvement will keep me updating more frequently. I consider myself to be athletic despite sitting in a cubicle 40 hours a week. I play semi-pro football and workout four to five days a week. My target weight is 195, I believe lowering my weight to this level will make physical activity easier on my knee's and ankles. My kyyptonite is I like beer...a lot. lol

That's about it. If you guys have any questions about the gym i'm no profressional but i've worked out for 10+ years. Same with football.
