Need help!

I need to lose 4kg...for 9 days of eating healthy and working out, I lost 1kg, and now I don't know what kind of workout I need to have....during those 9 days, I have been running everyday for 30min, which burns 150kcal ( according to my threadmill ), and doing squats and abdominal crunches ( 3 sets x 20 reps )...and now I've read that I need to do only strenght training if I want to lose those last 10lbs...I'm afraid of making my thights bigger while training muscles, because I want to make them thinner....what do you think??:) I don't know what to do...

    I have no idea about the muscle aspect. I would keep on with the cardio aspect to lose the weight. I'm no expert, but that seems to be what works for me. Don't get discouraged, keep at it.
