So I got the book and am going to start the lifting routines. I am going to just do 2X per week, however, as I can't give up running, its my stress relief. I am also going to up my calories and protein intake. Question, do I really need the protein shake after working out? Can't I just eat some egg whites and call it a day? The thought of those shakes just grosses me out.
