    What I loved about it is that it seemed that not only their weight changed, but their self-confidence too. Love the ladies sporting the short skirts or bathing suits in their after pictures. They look happy to be having their picture taken... and they should be. They look awesome and accomplished a lot.

    I always look for before and after pictures on here of everyone. It is inspiring, motivating, and downright AWESOME.
