To Log or Not to Log Missed Days

Hi there,
I'd like to canvass some opinion.
I have not lgged for 6 days - no excuses I know, although i'm sure I could come up with lots - nightshifts, mobile app not working, husband on PC all the times, busy children, laziness!
Should I leave those empty days blank and just carry on from today or do i try to remember what i had?
i think i went a bit off track on Saturday - popcorn, choc and a G&T but otherwise i think i've done ok. what do you think? To log or not to log?
Your opinions would be appreciated.
