Last night I went to do my couch to 5k... I'm was on week 6 day 3 and during the 15 minute run, I was struggling.... I had about 2 minutes left and my body wanted me to walk for just like 30 seconds, I started to slow down, but then I pushed myself to keep going. That was the first time I have ever run 15 minutes straight! I started tearing up because I pushed myself and didn't give up. I'm actually tearing up a little bit now too just thinking about it. :happy: :bigsmile:
