You should make your own pizza,
pizza sauce is like 20 calories a serving
    mozzarella 70 calories a serving
I use fat free feta 35 calories a serving
    turkey sausage
    sauteed mushrooms

use light whole wheat english muffins or flat out wraps is what I use

Good luck and try to stay to the outer area of the store:happy:

My new favorite are Fiber One bars. They come in 3 different flavors and are great as a breakfast bar or snack item.

I forgot Boboli makes a whole wheet pizza crust.
And if you have a tradder Joes they have fresh pizza dough and the whole wheat is the best, and their sauce is great
  • just found the fiber one bars and they are great...they also have some new cereal out that my daughter and I break into 1 cup measurements in sandwich bags and keep in the pantry for when we are snacking and it has worked out great...

Veggie Slices - they're about 40cal each, taste like cheese, but are better for you... and make sandwiches a little bit more filling!

Weight Watchers Whole Wheat Bread, 2 slices for 90cal as opposed to 1 slice for 100 that's average!

I LOVE the Fiber One Bars...

All Bran Buds over some yogurt is a delish afternoon snack.

Weight Watchers Ice Cream Sanwiches (about 120 each?) and all of their ice creams - although the English Toffee serving is a bit smaller. The Oreo Bars are great.

I love Yogurts - Dannon Light and Fit is 60 cal and they have ALL those delicious flavors, like Key Lime Pie and Orange Mango.

    Enjoy! :)

I love the new 100 cal pack candy bites (Oreo and Chips Ahoy). You get quite a few in the bag and they are REALLY good! I have a pack with diet cocoa every night! LOL!

I have not tried them yet, but I have heard good things about the new Kashi frozen pizzas. They have 3 kinds:

Roasted Garlic Chicken Pizza - 300 cal (1/3 of a pizza)
Five Cheese Tomato Pizza - 290 cal (1/3 of a pizza)
    Mediterranean Pizza - 290 cal (1/3 of a pizza)
