chair to stand exercise ??

Want to start doing a sit to stand chair exercise but can't find information on calorie burn anywhere. I am not very search qualified, but I did try google and yahoo. Found information on how to sit and stand doing the exercise but nothing else.
What I am starting with is reps of 5 times several times a day.
As a 71 year old woman with Arterial disease I need to start slow and build.
Any one have information?
