Recently I ran into someone I went to highschool with. We didn't know eachother back then. He was the star running back on the state championship football team, and I was the girl who was good at math. LOL
Well, yesterday he contacted me on facebook, and asked me out. Me, the math nerd, got asked out by the star football player? Unfortunately, I had to turn him down. Just not ready for a relationship right now. But dang it was nice to be asked. :)

    awesome!!! and ... realize that high school didn't define you, that's why people like the football player are able to see you instead of your high school social status.

    I realize that high school doesn't define me. In fact, it is a little ironic how perspectives have changed. In high school, the jocks have all the "power", but out in the real world, us math nerds inspire awe in others. LOL
