Did you stay within your nutritional goals? Yes

Did I reach yesterday's personal goal? Yes

What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? 50 minutes on the Elliptical and not eat all my exercise calories. I think I had about 200 left at the end of the day.

What would I have done differently? Nothing. I had a good day.

What is today's personal goals? Stay within calories, exercise and make good food choices.

    No

    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of?
    I ate good all day long up until Dinner time.

    What would I have done differently?
    I should have stayed away from the garlic bread and the pasta last night.

    What is today's personal goals?
    Stay within my calories and excercise tonight.

    Dual action stationery bike - 30mins vigorous workout, burnt 555cals, not eat up all my exercise cals, yeah baby yea!!

    Did I reach yesterday's personal goal? Yes

    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? Worked out with trainer, and on the treadmill.

    What would I have done differently? Didn't complain as much with trainer.

    What is today's personal goals? DRINK MORE WATER!

    What would I have done differently? I stopped at 30 mins with Taebo, I should have done the full hour!

    What is today's personal goals? Don't slack off since I lost 1.8 lbs this week.

    Did you stay within your nutritional goals? Yes ... woo hoo - 2 days in a row (actually I went over on calories but just barely ... so I'm counting it as a yes)

    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? made better food choices

    What would I have done differently? didn't need both bagel halves for my snack

    What is today's personal goals? Stay within calories, already did 60 minutes at the Y this morning - woo hoo!
