My goals are
1. Be under 150 by August 31 (I'm at 156 now)
2. Learn two new healthy recipes
3. Exercise at least 3-4 times a week

1. Not gain 100 lbs on the cruise I'm taking

I want to drop another 14lbs this month because that will total 30lbs in 7 weeks and I reeaallyy love that idea :bigsmile:0
