Hi,

I finally decided that to lose weight I just need to go back to basics. Count calories in and calories out. I have been trying to lose weight for a while now - mainly for my health, but also to feel better about myself. I have about 50 pounds that I would ideally like to lose, but I'm going to set small goals. My first goal is 5 pounds. If I make that I will be vey happy!
