Anybody did the Rushfit workout DVD from GSP?

Hey guys!
Anybody did the Rushfit workout DVD from Georges St-Pierre? I just started doing it on monday and wanted to know what kind of results you got from it?
A couple of weeks ago, i finished insanity and got good results from it (yay i lasted until the end!) and i wanted to do something different than full intensity cardio. Rushfit is more of a strength/endurance program (i will do some of the insanity workouts on the cardio days though) so i am more motivated when i do something different :P
Please let me know!
Thanks!

I enjoyed the Rush Fit workout. I liked the flexibility to do your own cardio, and I thought the workouts were fun. I still work in the core workout from time to time because it is a good one. My only real complaint is the warm up and cool down are the same recorded one on every workout, which means you don't spend much time on the muscles you work some days. But that's not a huge deal because you can do whatever warmup and cooldown you want. Good luck with it!0

I like Rushfit - I haven't done the complete program yet but I like that the workouts aren't super long and you only need minimal equipment for it. Short/intense - instructions are clear and I get to gawk over GSP. lol
Good luck!!
ETA: Agreed with above poster about the warm ups - I skipped through them half the time and did my own thing0 -
Thanks for your comments guys!
Yeah i agree the warmups and cooldowns are all the same but i read on a website that they were done very professionnally and they are effective so i will do them. Since i started, i did twice "Strength & Endurance" and once "Abdominal Strength & Core conditionning" (im doing the intermediate calendar) and they are pretty hard so hopefully i will see some good results out of them0 -
Hi, I have the ru$h fit dvds and am starting the 60 day program today.
I've done the workouts, but inconsistently.
I plan to follow the program with in.san.ity. I am currently nursing an injury and can't jump around too much. I will be modifying many of the ru$h fit work outs to accommodate my injury, but i'm just looking to get on track with a commitment, and complete my daily goals.
If anyone wants to do a weekly check in via email/sharing results, etc. i'm looking for something like that to help keep myself accountable.
whoo!0
