calorie burn formula for weight training

Hello everyone. I think it's great MFP has included a calorie burn calculation for calories burned during excersize, but none for weight training. Weight training is a big part of my program. I know people have different body types, BMI's weights, etc. But there must be a formula(s) out there for me to calculate my own personal calorie burn for my weight training. Any ideas out there???

You can get a rough estimate by
exercise > cardio > add exercise > search "strength training"
HRM's aren't that accurate for weight training because of the different type of activity... if it was the same it'd just be all lumped under cardio anyway :P
fitbit tracks your movement via "The Tracker contains a 3D motion sensor, much like the ones found in the Nintendo Wii. " so standing in one spot picking up something heavy and putting it down again isn't much movement for it to track
use the
exercise > strength training > add exercise
to track your progress with weight / sets / reps over time
