    I have to spit on my strap on multiple times...to keep it from making too much friction...

    My HRM strap says that you can use water. It does need something to be able to help read read the electrodes for your heart rate.
    I just get it good and wet before putting it on. ;)

    depends on the situation...lol....need all you can for the wrasslin' pit in the basement...hahaha

    Thanks for the laugh - Seriously, I drip water on it prior to putting it on - that is based on instructions in the manual so it will read better during the beginning of your exercise before you are sweaty...:laugh:

    In all seriousness you want to use a little lube to avoid chaffing and discomfort. You want your session to be effective and gratifying.

    As far as a strap for an HRM, I am not sure. What is that anyway? Hot Rear Mantool?
