Marine Mud Run

Alright guys...
I've signed up for a 5K Marine Mud Run. My first 5K!!! Seems like this ISN'T gonna be as simple as a C25K training as mud and obstacles are involved (LOL), any previous competitors care to share a few suggestions/advice?
Not looking to win...not at all...HOWEVER, I AM looking to have an AWESOME time and finish...
