Hey everyone,
I am currently 28 and have been trying to lose weight it seems forever. I have always been pretty husky since a kid and as life went on, so did my weight. After years of struggling with my weight, I have finally decided that enough is enough it's either Go Hard or Go on being obese! Everyone has always called me "Big G", "Big Guy" and I am totally fed up with it! I am currently 5'9 246lbs and my goal is to be 195lb something I haven't been since I was 14. In addition, I have a newborn and family to live for so the extra motivation is there to live a healthy lifestyle!
Any advice or anyone welcoming to share their journey, I greatly appreciate it!!

The one thing to keep in mind is if you have a bad eating day you have not "totally blown it." Just do better the next day, or the next day. Just DO NOT GIVE UP. Once you start seeing progress, let it be your motivation! When you dont feel like exercising, think about the "big guy" comments. Let your haters be your motivators!!! friend request sent.0

The best advice I can give is never give up. When it seems hard just keep going over your "whys" Why you want to lose the weight, Why you want to be healthier, why you got started on your weight loss journey. Keep pushing forward.0
